All external meeting attendees (i.anche., congresso participants who are from another non-federated tenant or anonymous users who are not managed by an organization) will not have chat access in both of the above cases.
If someone has been manually removed from the incontro chat or chooses to leave it, they won’t have access puro the chat going forward. (For more info, see Leave or remove someone from a group chat.)

Inviting someone puro a solo occurrence

Chat mediante channel meetings
For meetings that are held con per channel, all channel members can view and add onesto the chat conciliabule, whether they attend the assemblea or not. The tete-a-tete will be available on the Posts tab of the channel, beneath the incontro title.

If you’re the organizer of verso riunione, you can modify chat settings. Limit chats esatto take place only during the convegno, not before or after, or turn chat off altogether.
Up esatto 1,000 people who receive an invitation esatto verso riunione can access the assemblea chat before, during, and after the convegno. The 1,000-person limit includes people who don’t join the meeting.
If you’re adding verso distribution list (DL) with more than 150 members esatto verso incontro invite, they’ll only be able puro access the convegno chat during the convegno. If you want everyone puro be able to access the chat before and after the meeting, expand the DL before you send the invite.
Note: If more than 20 people attend the convegno, participants will not see the automated message informing them they’ve joined the chat.
If some people con the DL are required attendees and the rest are optional, put those required on the Required attendees line of the invite and add the entire DL preciso the Optional line.
Anonymous and external participants have chat access only while attending the congresso (except durante channel meetings, where they will have mai access to chat).
